Another fun first for Saturday Club. Today we made farfalle – or butterfly pasta – and cooked and ate all together with a delicious home made Italian tomato sauce. Check out more photos on our Flickr site if you are feeling hungry!

今回のサタデークラブは生パスタつくり。ひとつずつ丁寧にチョウチョの形にして可愛くおいしく出来上がりました。

材料：強力粉150g, セモリナ粉50g, オリーブオイル大さじ1, 卵+水で90g。

作り方：粉類を混ぜ合わせる。別のボールで卵と水とオリーブオイルを混ぜ合わせ粉類のボールに入れしっかりと混ぜ合わせ10分ほどよくこねる。その後ビニール袋に入れ30分ほど寝かせる。1.5ミリの厚さに伸ばし好みの長さにカットする。今回は太短く切り真ん中をつまんでチョウチョの形に。両端をギザギザにカットすれば見た目がグンとUPします。今回はスコーンカッターを利用しました。1％の塩水で約4分茹でて出来上がり♪
